Responsibilities
- Develop invent strategies or research projects to meet specific technical requirements.
- Conduct technical feasibility analyses of complex research and build concepts.
- Lead and schedule project planning and execution, ensuring flawless coordination with development and technical support groups.
- Communicate key information and recommendations to influence technical decisions and strategies.
- Evaluate results against product requirements and program goals.
- Independently plan and complete complex technical tasks within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Play a lead role in selecting and adapting techniques to achieve business objectives such as quality and cycle-time.
