Requirements
- Strong background in the LLM era with hands-on experience in large-scale language model pre-training
- Experience with reinforcement learning for reasoning models
- Understanding of distributed training, scaling laws, and optimization techniques

- Impressive personal achievements in academics, research projects, internships, or demonstrated expertise in AI/ML domains

- Hands-on experience with large-scale model training
Responsibilities
- Develop large-scale language model pre-training (preferably 3B+ parameter models with 500B+ token datasets)
- Work on reinforcement learning for reasoning models
- Develop advanced AI systems, including data construction, curation, and engineering for large-scale model training
- Understand and apply distributed training, scaling laws, and optimization techniques
- Contribute to the development of new projects and processes/systems
- Make an impact on the future of the digital asset industry
- Involvement in developing processes/systems
