Edmentum is looking to solve the problem of delivering valid, effective educational solutions by conducting psychometric research that supports product development and evaluation.
Requirements
- You bring 1+ years of experience conducting psychometric research.
- You are proficient in R, SAS, or Python for large-scale data analysis.
- You are familiar with IRT, CDM, CAT, LOFT, and other psychometric models.
- You understand educational assessment design and validity studies.
- You communicate technical content clearly to non-technical audiences.
- You are eager to stay current with advances in psychometric research.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and manage psychometric studies that support product development and evaluation.
- Translate complex psychometric topics into clear, accessible formats.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external researchers to support research execution.
- Prepare research briefs, technical documents, and presentations.
- Contribute to conference presentations, journal publications, and white papers.
- Assist in preparing materials for the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC).
Other
- You have a PhD in Psychometrics, Research and Measurement, Quantitative Psychology, or a related field.
- You collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
