Requirements
- Proficient in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Statsmodels, scikit-learn), R (tidyverse, lme4, brms), and SQL for data extraction, processing, modeling, and visualization.
- Extensive experience analyzing large-scale time-series physiological and digital health data, integrating multimodal biobehavioral metrics to generate actionable insights.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact publications in health sciences, demonstrating expertise in study design, including IRB processes, data interpretation, and translational research.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning of experimental designs for clinical research studies—including observational, prospective, retrospective, and interventional study types—ensuring conceptual integrity and methodological rigor in data collection and statistical analysis, and leading IRB preparation, submission, and oversight.
- Analyze and interpret complex data from wearable devices to derive meaningful health insights, particularly in sleep & circadian, stress and activity, cardiometabolic health, and women's reproductive health.
- Contribute to research papers, patents, and reports while presenting findings at scientific conferences and engaging in knowledge translation.
- Identify, establish, and manage collaborations with academic institutions, healthcare organizations, and industry partners to drive scientific research, validation studies, and innovation.
- Provide critical clinical science expertise across company needs, supporting stakeholders in making evidence-based decisions.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide data-driven insights that support scientific research and product R&D.
- Stay informed on the latest advancements in digital health, scientific literature, healthcare to drive evidence-based product development and innovation.

- PhD in Relevant Fields: Doctorate in Psychology, Neuroscience, Behavioral or Health Sciences, Sleep and Circadian Biology, Exercise or Sport Science, Physiology, Cardiovascular or Metabolic Health, Endocrinology, Women’s Health, or Digital Health, with a focus on areas such as sleep & circadian science, cardiometabolic health, sport medicine, stress, and women’s health.
