Requirements
- Proficient in R, Python, SAS, or Stata.
- Understand WWC and ESSA standards of research rigor.
Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous studies using experimental, quasi-experimental, and mixed methods designs.
- Analyze data using advanced statistical techniques and software.
- Prepare research briefs, technical documents, and presentations.
- Contribute to thought leadership through conference presentations and TAC engagement.
- Collaborate with districts, vendors, universities, and internal teams.
Other
- PhD in a relevant quantitative field.
- 1+ years of independent research experience.
- Communicate technical findings clearly and effectively.
- Collaborate well across teams and disciplines.
- Willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
