Folia Health is looking to solve the problem of personalized, data-driven healthcare for people dealing with complex conditions, by developing and validating a new type of health data - home-reported outcomes (or HROs) and designing innovative research programs with life sciences and academic partners.
Requirements
- Educated in public health, biostatistics, or a related field
- Experience with research methods and data analysis
- Published research author with experience presenting research in a conference or academic setting
- Experience with startup environment or owning your own function or goals
- Strong understanding of healthcare and life sciences industry
- Experience with data-driven decision making and problem solving
Responsibilities
- Work alongside our Sales team to shepherd new research programs through ideation phase, translating the needs of partners and patients into actionable program proposals
- Act as the technical branch of our growth operations, working closely with Connie Zhang, our Head of Research and Chief of Staff
- Reach further for continued excellence in our research methods and impact on the care that patients receive

- At least 5 years of full-time experience
- Graduate degree preferred
- Ability to travel to Boston and conferences (approx 1 trip/month average travel needs)
- Willingness to relocate to Boston area (if not already based there)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
