ZoomInfo needs to maintain the production, quality, and accuracy of its B2B data offerings, known as Scoops, which capture important signals about companies. This involves ensuring the data is relevant, up-to-date, and reliable for Go-To-Market (GTM) audiences.
Requirements

- Ability to detect minor errors in data and make good decisions in ambiguous situations
Responsibilities
- Utilize online resources and internal support tools to gather information relevant to Go To Market (GTM) audiences (our core clients).
- This involves verifying and updating details such as breaking news as well as providing quality assurance on ZoomInfo’s proprietary data assets.
- Ensure accurate and timely input of collected data into ZoomInfo's system using various internal tools to maintain the relevance and freshness of the Scoops data.
- Undertake various research projects as assigned, which may include (but are not limited to) data cleanup initiatives, testing the health of data sets, and evaluating the performance of data models generated for automation and optimization.
- Develop a foundational understanding of ZoomInfo's data product and Scoops workflow
- Gain a deeper expertise in specific focus areas relevant to your role (e.g., product launch, executive moves, mergers and acquisitions, earnings, etc.), ensuring a thorough grasp of the data and projects within those areas.

- Associate’s degree in areas of market research, applied social sciences, economics, business or related field, or 2+ years of equivalent work experience
