Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four years of experience in office or administrative support or in research support
- College education may be substituted for the required experience on a year for year basis
- Specific computer expertise
- Relational databases
- Data analysis and reporting
Responsibilities
- Collects data for a social services or medical grant project. Resolves data discrepancies.
- Uses relational databases to keep project records and generate reports.
- May collect data from program participants.
- Travels to remote sites to gather data.
- Drafts portions of publications or training manuals. Produces graphs, charts and tables from data.
- Places information on the project website, including data gathering forms. Investigates related websites for format and content.
- Provides information on studies to potential program participants and the general public.
