Requirements
- one year of experience in Research Technician work (assisting experiments in molecular biology, biochemistry, or related area)
- one year of full-time equivalent research experience in STEM areas during college education
Responsibilities
- assist in experiments involving yeast genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry, microscopy, and image processing and analysis
- conduct routine lab maintenance
- ordering lab supplies
- preparing culture media and plates
- keeping clean sterilized glassware

- This is a one (1) year term position with a possibility of renewal based on performance, laboratory needs, and availability of funding.
