The Ohio State University's College of Medicine is seeking a Research Technician to support the daily operations and research activities within Dr. Kevin D. Evans' laboratory in the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. This role will assist with various research tasks, data management, administrative duties, and general lab upkeep to ensure the smooth progression of ongoing research studies.
Requirements
- Experience working with radiologic equipment
- Experience in the operations of a lab
Responsibilities
- assisting with active research study activities (e.g., data collection and organization, scheduling, assisting with intervention administration)
- research tasks (e.g., assisting with preparation of peer-reviewed manuscripts, data cleaning, conducting literature reviews)
- ordering equipment/supplies
- maintaining lab space
- performing other duties as needed in support of research
- collection of data and organizing, scheduling, and administration
- preparation of manuscripts and complete literature reviews, data editing
Other
- High School diploma or GED.
- Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check.
- A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
