The Ecosystem Science and Management department in the College of Agricultural Sciences at Penn State is hiring a research technologist to support amphibian research projects associated with NSF-funded research and assist with general lab maintenance and operations in the Bletz Lab.

Responsibilities
- oversee and perform amphibian breeding and care tasks
- assist graduate students with experimental sampling and performing molecular sample processing (DNA extraction, PCR, qPCR)
- contribute to ordering, lab organization and inventory maintenance
- contribute to field work sampling
Other
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
- Ability to work in a team environment
