Requirements
- Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001).
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and ethical considerations.
- Experience with Microsoft’s Responsible AI tools and governance processes (preferred).
- Background in risk management, compliance, or AI ethics (preferred).
- Ability to translate technical and regulatory concepts into actionable guidance for sellers (preferred).
- Experience in sales enablement, technical advisory, or compliance support roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 advisory support for AI-related customer concerns escalated from frontline sales teams.
- Advise on solution viability, ethical risks, and compliance requirements during early-stage customer engagements.
- Ensure sellers are aware of and can effectively use Responsible AI tools, templates, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain and update internal resources such as FAQs, playbooks, and assessment templates.
- Partner with Responsible AI Leads, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering teams to resolve complex queries.
- Support onboarding and ongoing education for sellers on Responsible AI principles and processes.
- Help sellers differentiate Microsoft’s AI offerings by emphasizing ethical design and compliance readiness.

- Experience supporting sales teams in regulated or high-risk industries is a plus.
