PGA TOUR Superstore is looking to hire a Back-End Department Head to ensure a seamless customer experience by managing logistics and e-commerce operations.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
- Ability to learn business acumen with appropriate training
Responsibilities
- Support and oversee all Logistics and E-Commerce operations
- Implement the Logistics Game Plan
- Manage the RTV/Customer Warranty process
- Uphold receiving standards
- Ensure accurate tagging integrity before product placement
- Adhere to Company Merchandise Standards when setting products
- Maintain topstock/backstock integrity

- High School Diploma or equivalent and retail experience preferred
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, climb up and down a ladder, move throughout the store, and lift a 30 lb. box overhead
- Must be able to work a flexible work week, and work nights, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs
