Responsibilities
- Leverage SAP expertise to optimize POS functionality, streamline inventory processes, and ensure accurate data reporting across retail
- Train and support store teams on retail systems, including POS and clienteling tools, to ensure efficient, consistent operations
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize shrink
- Monitor and resolve blocked sales to ensure seamless transactions and reliable sales reporting
- Enforce compliance with global retail SOPs to maintain a consistent operational standard in all locations
- Deploy and sustain retail programs including customer care, repair processing, Classics Marketplace, Speak to an Expert program, etc
- Champion clienteling practices by guiding stores through journey mapping, proactive outreach strategies, and CRM usage
Other
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in retail operations across multi-store environments, ideally within the premium or luxury sector
- Demonstrated ability to lead operational programs and drive measurable improvement through KPIs and system discipline
- Clear, persuasive communicator with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to serve as a brand ambassador by modeling Leica’s values and ensuring they are embedded in every operational and customer-facing process
- Ability to collaborate with store leadership to translate local engagement into commercial results
