CoreWeave is looking to solve challenges related to revenue accounting for acquired companies, process improvements, system integrations, and ensuring compliance with ASC 606, as well as driving efficiencies in the Order to Cash area through automations and system implementations to support the company's growth.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and multi-element arrangements
  • Experience with NetSuite (ARM preferred) or other revenue automation tools and Salesforce
  • Prior M&A or integration project experience strongly preferred
  • You’re an expert in ASC 606 and translating complex contracts into accurate, compliant revenue accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the revenue close process for acquisitions, including journal entry and reconciliation preparation and/or review, system data validation, and close metrics reporting
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, IT and others to implement standard methodologies, automation, and streamline order-to-revenue processes
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on process automation, operational efficiency, and scalable growth
  • Support strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, pricing transformations, and launch of new revenue streams
  • Lead post-acquisition revenue process integration, including NetSuite ARM and system migrations, and assist with special projects and ad hoc requests as needed
  • Align acquired company’s policies, processes, and SOX controls with corporate standards
  • Ensure compliance with ASC 606 and internal revenue recognition policies

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
  • 5–8+ years of progressive revenue recognition/accounting experience, ideally in SaaS or software
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
