Centro Benefits Research, a subsidiary of OneDigital Health, is expanding its team and seeking a Revenue Data Analyst to aid in the preparation, processing, and analysis of revenue data to inform key business and financial decisions.
Requirements
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Teams), with advanced expertise in MS Excel
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce , familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong advantage
- Skilled in data visualization tools ( PowerBI /Tableau/etc.)
- Strong domain knowledge in insurance and employee benefits
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Leverage data to uncover opportunities for operational and financial improvement
- Prepare reports and analyze data, including locating, cleansing, extracting, mapping, importing , transforming, validating , or modeling data from various sources
- Create a comprehensive portfolio of standard management reports and analysis in Salesforce
- Ensure timely and accurate cash posting; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor revenue data integrity in Salesforce and support reconciliation efforts
- Maintain status reports of any revenue discrepancies and work with external carrier teams to manage assignment process
- Communicate financial and operational metrics to stakeholders across the organization
