Engine is revolutionizing work travel with a modern travel platform, and they are looking for a data analyst to help them understand and improve their supply metrics, partner performance, and overall business strategy through data.
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Looker preferred)
- Knowledge of modern data stack technologies (Snowflake, Airflow, etc.)
- Experience with cohort analysis, customer segmentation, forecasting, and account scoring
- Preferred: Basic understanding of ETL processes and experience building simple data pipelines; knowledge of Python or another programming language for data manipulation
Responsibilities
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards that tell the story behind our supply metrics
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and monitor KPIs for supply partner performance, acquisition, and retention
- Deliver regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis to help leadership make informed decisions
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize partner onboarding, engagement, and performance
- Develop models for scenario analysis on key initiatives to inform high-impact business decisions
- Create clear documentation of metrics definitions and calculation methodologies
Other
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience working with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solution
