Requirements
- Experience with Software Tools Used such as: Ansoft HFSS, Agilent ADS and Momentum, Cadence Allegro and Virtuoso Layout, Excel, Microsoft Office/Outlook
- Experience with Hardware Tools such as: Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Digital Receivers, Load-Pull/Tuners, RF Probe Stations
- Currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering (or related) MS or PhD programs
- Commitment to working on-site for 6 months
Responsibilities
- Adapting and developing best MCM design and full module co-simulation practices.
- Designing customized semi-lumped RF matching networks, couplers, and biasing networks for RF frontend transmitting and receiving circuits with Power Amplifiers(PA) and Low Noise Amplifiers(LNA).
- Designing multiplexing networks and filters with acoustic resonators(SAW&BAW), Integrated Passive devices(IPD), and Surface Mounted Devices(SMD).
- Designing high-isolation laminate layouts to meet high density component module and able to meet stringent requirements such as de-sense, RF leakage, and harmonics.
- Participating and conducting design review meeting.
- Performing lab testing and tuning and using various RF test equipment
