Skyworks is looking to develop advanced, state-of-the-art RF front-end modules and is seeking a co-op to contribute to this effort
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience with Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS
- Hands-on experience in the lab using a network analyzer and other RF instruments
- Knowledge of PA/LNA design is a plus
Responsibilities
- Working with experienced engineers to design/develop multi-chip modules
- Designing semi-lumped RF matching networks, integrated passive devices, couplers, etc.
- Running simulations using design tools such as Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS, etc.
- Participating and presenting in design reviews
- Performing lab testing using standard RF test equipment
- Trouble-shooting and resolving design or technical issues
- Collaborating with other engineers and technicians
Other
- Currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering (or related) MS or PhD programs
- Commitment to working on-site up to 6 months
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and make an impact
- Strong career interest in RF/microwave Engineering and Electromagnetics
- Willing to share knowledge and collaborate with others
