Skyworks is looking for an RF Test Engineer Intern to assist engineers in developing hardware and software solutions for the characterization and design verification testing of RF front-end modules, filters, low-noise amplifiers (LNAs), and power amplifiers.
Requirements
- Familiarity with lab equipment and basic RF principles
- Experience with scripting or automation tools
- Course work in control systems, signals, and systems, analog circuits.
- Knowledge of software programming tools (Visual Studio, C++, Python, or other scripting languages).
Responsibilities
- Testing RF components and systems using advanced lab equipment (spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, etc.)
- Developing and executing test plans for performance validation, reliability, and compliance
- Automating test procedures using Python, LabVIEW, or similar tools
- Analyzing test data and generating insightful reports to support design and production teams
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Passion for RF, wireless, or communications technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous technical documentation authoring and editing skills.
