Avery Dennison is seeking an RFID Applications Engineer Co-Op to support product engineers in developing RFID tags, printer systems, and RFID reader systems. The role aims to cultivate future talent for the company's growing organization by providing hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Providing support for product engineers working on the development of RFID tags, printer systems, and RFID reader systems operating in the HF and UHF bands.
- Work in support of product development engineers.
- Use various automated RFID test systems and RFID printer and reader systems.
- Support testing, data collection, data organization, and reporting.
- Working directly with engineers and influencing product development and customer use case decisions
- Obtaining deep knowledge of RFID technology which can be a critical link for enabling the Internet of Things, Blockchain and Omni-Channel fulfillment
- Working as part of a technical team environment, with professionals trained on testing methods, critical thinking, data analysis and reporting in spreadsheets, and generating technical and customer-facing reports
