Requirements
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL
- Python skills a plus
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
Responsibilities
- Track and analyze performance across key risk metrics (loss ratio, delinquency, claims, portfolio concentration)
- Identify emerging patterns and trends, escalating potential risks proactively
- Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and executive summaries to inform decision-making
- Deliver independent analysis of portfolio, underwriting, and claims performance
- Assist in stress testing, scenario analysis, and risk segmentation
- Conduct quality checks on risk and claims data, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Perform research and exploratory analysis to answer business-critical questions
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or Actuarial Science is required
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, risk management, finance, or related fields
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
