Merchants Bancorp is looking to solve enterprise-wide risk exposure monitoring and management through the development and enhancement of risk dashboards and reports
Requirements
- Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, or other data tools is a plus
- Preferred majors: Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related fields
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and enhancement of risk dashboards and reports to monitor enterprise-wide risk exposure
- Analyze Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and other risk metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and emerging risks
- Support the Archer GRC platform by maintaining data integrity and assisting with configuration and reporting enhancements
- Conduct data analysis using Excel, Power BI, and other tools to support risk monitoring and committee reporting
- Help prepare materials for Risk Committee meetings, including visualizations and summaries of risk insights
- Collaborate with ERM team members to improve data quality, reporting processes, and risk documentation
- Participate in process improvement initiatives related to risk data management and reporting workflows

- Have completed at least your sophomore year of college. Graduates are welcome to apply as well
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution required
