Xylem is looking to improve its failure analysis process and reduce failures by testing and evaluating customer returned material, calibrating master meters and test stands, and conducting production oversight testing.
Requirements
- Hands-on ability to operate various testing and laboratory equipment
- Ability to facilitate and coordinate the processing of internal RMA’s
- Knowledge and understanding of a water meters, both from a mechanical and electrical viewpoint
- Ability to develop testing methods and programs, and to construct test setups for non-standard or unique applications
- Fundamental knowledge of the manufacturing processes and standards used in water meter manufacturing
- Working competency of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- 2+ years experience in performing technical product evaluations and testing

- Ability to organize work and time efficiently to complete assignments within a given or specific timeframe
- Associates Degree in an Engineering field
