Sauder's Eggs is looking to solve the problem of efficient and safe operation of robotic case packer machinery to meet production goals
Requirements
- Ability to operate robotic case packer machinery
- Knowledge of machine setup and operation
- Ability to troubleshoot minor issues with machinery
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate the robotic case packer in accordance with current production needs
- Operate multiple case packers simultaneously and perform manual packing as required to maintain productivity
- Change programs and make proper adjustments to the case packers when switching between different products
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with the robotic case packers to ensure continuous operation
Other
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for the duration of a full shift
- Capable of occasionally lifting, carrying, and moving up to 40 pounds
- Reliable and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
