Xcel Energy is looking for an RPA intern to help with automation development, low code automation development, and project management to support various business units throughout the company.
Requirements
- Experience with low code automation tools preferred
Responsibilities
- Develops automation sub-processes and simple automations.
- Collaborates to evaluate and design automation solutions
- Work with RPA Developers to prepare and produce RPA project management reports, timelines, budgets and documentation as guided by project or program manager
- Stays current with existing and emerging automation technologies
Other
- Current student, sophomore status (as of Fall 2026) or higher
- Enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering and/or similar program
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships
- Ability to analyze, problem-solve and troubleshoot issues
- Ability to assess business processes and identify improvements and best path forward
- Able to work full-time during the summer
