Requirements
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or closely related field
- Robotic Process Automation Developer Certification
- 3 Years - Responsible experience in developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions
- 2 Years - Responsible experience in process mapping, performing user support, testing, and related functions for business applications
- 1 Year - Responsible experience in administering systems in an RPA environment
- Advanced knowledge of process automation
- Experience with Visual Basics (VB) expressions, regular expressions, and batch files
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the Credit Union to identify opportunities for automating business processes using Robotic Process Automation
- Serves as a technical expert in process automation, analyzing existing processes and workflows to resolve complex automation challenges using the DMAIC process
- Analyzes business requirements and designs Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that meet business needs and objectives
- Collaborates with IT administrators to ensure proper integration with other systems and technologies
- Develops, validates, and deploys Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions aligned with industry best practices and Credit Union standards
- Applies Visual Basics (VB) expressions, regular expressions, and batch files to create resilient and adaptable automations
- Diagnoses and resolves issues throughout development, testing, and production phases while providing technical support to end-users as needed

- Completes all required regulatory and compliance training and maintains required knowledge of Credit Union products and services
