National Ramp is looking to solve the problem of providing newfound freedom to elderly and disabled human beings with the greatest range of accessibility ramps in the industry, and is seeking a Robotic Welder Operator / Programmer to help achieve this goal.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience operating and programming robotic welding systems preferred
- Proven skill in aluminum MIG welding, preferably in a production environment
- Experience with KUKA/Fronius and OTC robotic systems is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings, weld symbols, and job specifications
Responsibilities
- Program and operate KUKA/Fronius and OTC robotic welding systems
- Perform precise and efficient aluminum MIG welding based on product specifications
- Troubleshoot and optimize robotic programs to minimize downtime and improve cycle times
- Maintain welding quality standards with consistent attention to detail
- Maintain, clean, and inspect welding fixtures regularly to ensure alignment, stability, and repeatability
- Complete job orders accurately and safely according to defined work instructions
- Record daily production data on provided worksheets and submit all required forms on time
