Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Robotic Welding Operator to operate Robotic Welders and ensure quality products for customers
Requirements
- One year of manufacturing experience
- Good foundation in blueprint reading
- Robotic welding experience (preferred)
- Machine operation experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Operate Robotic Welders, Seam Welder and Tangent Bender in accordance with SOP/VOP to assure a quality product
- Work in Bottom Weld, Tangent Bender and Cover Weld areas
- Operate Welding Robot Work Cell - Fanuc Robot ARC Mate model 100i, 100i8L, 100i10L, ArcTool Software, and System R-J2, RJ3 and ARC MATE 100iD Controller
- Start-up, change over, and shutdown robot weld operations and tangent bender operations
- Set the proper tank size up in the HMI touch screen panel when changes to tank sizes dictates
- Visually inspect welder torch and wire feeder, clean wire feed at shift start, and review current PPE condition and replace if needed
- Inspect final product to ensure a quality weld, according to our standards
