Requirements
- 6-12 months of relevant experience (welding experience preferred).
- Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools like calipers and micrometers.
- Basic mechanical skills for setup and teardown.
Responsibilities
- Operate robotic welding equipment to weld various materials and components.
- Work closely with the Lead Welder and trainers to set up and remove fixtures.
- Perform thorough part inspections and document production progress.
- Gain hands-on knowledge of welding department procedures and shop operations.
