Requirements
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA) related projects

- Artificial intelligence workforce systems
- IT skills to liaison between business and IT
Responsibilities
- Documents accurate detailed business requirements based on project objectives and research requirements that may involve data analysis, process or development-oriented efforts
- Assists in defining and documenting technical and systems requirements supporting business requirements
- Supports implementation and operational duties such as systems integration testing and communications
- Coordinates and performs user acceptance testing and quality control testing for modified and new systems
- Works with stakeholders and business integration to gather and create clear and organized requirements, specifications, and reporting solutions
- Supports database development team to update database attributes and implement end-to-end data solutions
- Participates in the development and testing of robotic solutions and aids in administrating artificial intelligence workforce systems
