Requirements
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA).
- Ability to document business requirements and system specifications.
- Knowledge of systems integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Familiarity with database development and end-to-end data solutions.
- Experience in designing workflow procedures and business improvement plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical and process challenges.
- Ability to create audit-ready reports based on workflow and system activities.
Responsibilities
- Document detailed and accurate business requirements based on project objectives and research, which may include data analysis, process, or development-oriented efforts.
- Assist in defining and documenting technical and system requirements aligned with business needs.
- Support implementation and operational activities, including systems integration testing and communication planning.
- Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality control testing for new or modified systems.
- Partner with database development teams to update attributes and implement end-to-end data solutions.
- Design, manage, and implement new workflow procedures and business improvement plans.
- Apply strong critical problem-solving skills to resolve technical and process challenges.
