The business and/or technical problem the job is looking to solve is to assist in the design and implementation of a closed-loop automation strategy across various business processes, aiming to automate critical processes using digital twins and self-driving labs concepts.
Requirements
- Design the architecture for the closed-loop automation systems, which includes both the robotic systems and the software integration with digital twins and self-driving labs.
- Create a system architecture design document that provides a detailed blueprint of the system's components and their interactions
- Identify technical specifications that outline the hardware and software requirements, performance criteria, and compliance standards
- Design, build, and maintain robotic systems tailored for the automation processes.
- Prototyping, iterative testing, and refining the robotic systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Deliver fully functional robotic systems that have been tested and validated for operational use
- Conduct comprehensive unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing of both the robotic systems and the software to ensure they meet all project requirements and perform as expected under various conditions.

- At least a BS in Engineering
- 2-3 years of industry experience
- Authorization to work in the country indefinitely without sponsorship
- Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed.
