- Deploy, commission, and validate robotics cells at customer sites
- Run health checks and structured diagnostics; create concise runbooks
- Triage software/hardware/process issues; perform safe recovery and root cause analysis
- Conduct stress tests and field validation to confirm operational effectiveness in various conditions
- Develop and improve fleet management tools for scalable robotic operations and diagnostics
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer success teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction
