Texas Instruments is seeking to transform its global manufacturing facilities through next-generation robotics and automation systems, establishing and scaling autonomous operations vision, deploying cutting-edge robotic platforms, and building intelligent infrastructure for Industry 4.0 manufacturing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • 5 years of experience in robotics deployment and operations in industrial environments
  • Proven track record of deploying robotic systems at scale
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or similar high-tech industrial environments
  • Knowledge of private 5G/LTE networks and industrial wireless technologies
  • Experience with computer vision, SLAM, and autonomous navigation systems
  • Background in facilities management, building automation, or industrial maintenance

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute robotics vision for global manufacturing facilities, establishing governance frameworks and multi-year roadmaps
  • Architect scalable automation systems including robotic inspections, autonomous material handling, and intelligent monitoring solutions
  • Lead evaluation and deployment of robotic platforms (quadrupeds, AMRs, custom solutions) across multiple sites
  • Design integration patterns between robotics, IoT systems, and manufacturing execution systems
  • Deploy and scale robotic fleets across global facilities, ensuring reliable 24/7 operations
  • Implement autonomous mobile robot (AMR) programs for material handling and logistics optimization
  • Design and validate wireless infrastructure for robotics connectivity (private 5G networks, mesh, etc)
