Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 5 years of experience in robotics deployment and operations in industrial environments
- Proven track record of deploying robotic systems at scale
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or similar high-tech industrial environments
- Knowledge of private 5G/LTE networks and industrial wireless technologies
- Experience with computer vision, SLAM, and autonomous navigation systems
- Background in facilities management, building automation, or industrial maintenance
Responsibilities
- Define and execute robotics vision for global manufacturing facilities, establishing governance frameworks and multi-year roadmaps
- Architect scalable automation systems including robotic inspections, autonomous material handling, and intelligent monitoring solutions
- Lead evaluation and deployment of robotic platforms (quadrupeds, AMRs, custom solutions) across multiple sites
- Design integration patterns between robotics, IoT systems, and manufacturing execution systems
- Deploy and scale robotic fleets across global facilities, ensuring reliable 24/7 operations
- Implement autonomous mobile robot (AMR) programs for material handling and logistics optimization
- Design and validate wireless infrastructure for robotics connectivity (private 5G networks, mesh, etc)
