Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time performance of Fulfil’s robotic automation system during live operations
- Assist with projects such as product onboarding, testing, and validation workflows as new SKUs and improvements are introduced into the system
- Document findings and feedback with clarity and detail for both onsite and remote teams
- Contribute to a service-oriented operational culture grounded in responsiveness and ownership
- Comfortable working with computers, learning new software, and performing updated procedures
