Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of SAP
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Technically savvy and passionate about technology, computer proficiency, and delivering exceptional customer care
Responsibilities
- Recommending appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinating with related teams to ensure end-to-end handling of the request
- Initiating customer feedback loops in regular intervals by following commonly agreed processes, understanding their satisfaction level, and identifying areas of continuous improvement
- Supporting the regular maintenance of contact lists, routing tables, and information on internal/external pages
- Assisting the business in outbound activities like marketing campaigns and providing follow-the-sun or face-to-face customer interaction services
Other
- High school diploma required; additional education or certifications in related fields are a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service; experience as a Dispatcher in Automation or Robotics is a plus
- Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are an advantage
- Applicants must possess work authorization to work permanently in the US
