Requirements
- Good working knowledge of all technologies used in the development and build of automated assembly lines
- Ability to perform electrical diagnosis, recommend repair or repair as needed
- Knowledge of robotic systems and components
- Understanding of industrial automation and control systems
- Familiarity with TS16949 and ISO14001 quality and environmental programs
- Knowledge of OSHA health and safety programs
- Experience with time and motion studies, or standard data to ensure effective line balancing
Responsibilities
- Train all in house skilled trades in a variety of equipment, PM’s , and methodologies
- Ensure that operator safety devices function properly while programming complex robotic systems
- Perform preventive or corrective maintenance on robotic systems or components
- Evaluate the efficiency and reliability of industrial robotic systems, reprogramming or calibrating to achieve maximum quantity and quality
- Ability to perform electrical diagnosis, recommend repair or repair as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation resulting in shared knowledge of issues and lessons learned
- Troubleshoot and train others on identifying root causes of equipment failures
