Contoro Robotics is looking to solve real-world labor shortages in warehouse operations by delivering reliable AI-powered industrial robots, and this role will support the growth of the company across the US.
Requirements
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix and command line.
- Familiar with Robot Operating System (ROS).
- Experience with object-oriented programming (Python or C++).
- Experience deploying and commissioning autonomous or complex technical systems.
- Experience with ticket management system (Jira).
- Comfort with driving large vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Deploy robots at the customer sites and support/train customers on how to use our robots.
- Troubleshoot and debug electro-mechanical issues.
- Test new software and hardware at our Austin headquarters.
- Deliver and document customer feedback to the development teams.
- Coordinate schedule in alignment with customer expectations.
- Communicate with the warehouse customers to understand their demand and pain points.

Other
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Enjoy traveling across the U.S. up to 75% of the workdays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage projects independently.
- Willingness to work on hands-on tasks.
