Contoro Robotics is looking to solve labor challenges through advanced robotic solutions in warehouse automation
Requirements
- Knowledge in electrical and mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix and command line
- Familiar with Robot Operating System (ROS).
- Experience with object oriented programming (Python or C++).
- Experience deploying and commissioning autonomous or complex technical systems.
- Experience with ticket management system (Jira)
- Warehouse experience.
Responsibilities
- Deploy robots at the customer sites and support/train customers on how to use our robots.
- Troubleshoot and debug electro-mechanical issues.
- Test new software and hardware while at our Austin headquarters
- Deliver and document the customer feedback to the Development teams whether that be product issues, complaints, or improvements.
- Coordinate schedule in alignment with customer expectations.
- Communicate with the warehouse customers to understand their demand and pain points while using our technology.
- Roles and responsibilities can change as the company grows and changes.
Other
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Enjoy traveling across the U.S. up to 50% of the workdays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to clearly explain technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage projects independently.
- Willing to work on hands-on tasks.
