CNH Industrial is looking to solve the problem of developing reliable perception and decision-making for next-generation autonomous equipment in the agriculture and construction industries.
Requirements
- Pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Perception, Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience with sensor calibration, evaluation, and data analysis
- Knowledge of lidar and radar sensors
- Understanding of perception algorithms
- Familiarity with autonomous vehicle platforms
Responsibilities
- Supporting and verifying camera calibrations for surround view systems
- Assisting with lidar calibration and lidar-camera calibration to ensure accurate sensor fusion
- Conducting data collection and analysis to evaluate new lidar and radar sensors
- Collaborating with robotics and autonomy engineers to validate perception algorithms
- Contributing to sensor performance studies that enhance the robustness of autonomous vehicle platforms
