Requirements
- Training and experience in multi-axis robots, robot maintenance, robotic programming, and PLC Ladder Logic programming required
- Working knowledge of motor controllers preferred
- Working knowledge of proper use of abrasive products preferred
Responsibilities
- Program Industrial Robots
- Develop Robotic process within the fabrication department
- Establish base line & maintain on-going measurements related to robot productivity
- Problem solves robotic and robotic cell issues
- Recommend, evaluate, and implement process changes
- Participate in Engineering in installation of new robotic processes
- Keep abreast of the latest programming techniques and recommend new processes and technology
Other
- High school diploma or GED required
- Working towards Robotics Technology degree or Computer Integrated Manufacturing degree preferred
- Ability to establish priorities and effectively manage time to complete duties within specified times
