RoboForce is seeking a Robotics Hardware Engineer (Intern) to assist with prototype assembly, testing, and refinement of their humanoid robots, aiming to gain real-world experience in robotics R&D.
Requirements
- Some hands-on experience (academic projects or internships) assembling or troubleshooting robotic systems.
- Familiarity with CAD software, basic machine shop tools, or circuit assembly is a plus.
- Experience with 3D printing, CNC, or other rapid prototyping methods.
- Exposure to sensor integration, harness assembly, or embedded electronics.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and test mechanical and electromechanical prototypes for humanoid robots.
- Assist engineers in electronics prototyping, soldering, and harness fabrication.
- Maintain lab equipment and track inventory of parts and tools.
- Conduct basic machining or 3D printing tasks for quick prototype iterations.
- Document processes and compile experimental data for performance analysis.
Other
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s (or higher) in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- Comfortable working onsite (20–40 hrs/week) in a lab environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn rapidly.
- Interest in AI-driven robotics and collaborative problem-solving.
