Minth Group is seeking a Robotics Manager to lead automation and robotics efforts at their Loznica plant, ensuring stable operations, high efficiency, and continuous improvement in the production of automotive parts.
Requirements
- College degree or above in Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical Design & Manufacturing, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years in automation line management, equipment maintenance, or robotics-related fields.
- Technical Knowledge: Electrical principles, robotics fundamentals, automation, equipment management, human-machine interaction, and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Record, analyze, and resolve equipment failure issues on automated lines to ensure smooth system operations.
- Lead emergency repair activities to minimize downtime and production losses.
- Manage, train, and evaluate team members; improve team skills and oversee performance assessments.
- Plan and execute regular professional maintenance of robotic and automated equipment according to standards.
- Develop and implement efficiency improvement plans, optimize production lines, and oversee technical measures, repair strategies, and acceptance inspections.
- Ensure safety standards, equipment management systems, and automation protocols are consistently applied.
