Requirements
- Experience in electrical/control system design.
- Experience in both tactical and strategic project leadership.
- Demonstrated success in the commercialization of new automation technologies.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining external partnerships.
- Experience with FDA or USDA regulated environments.
- Experience with robotics and digital tools.
- Experience in Consumer Products
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of breakthrough technologies with a focus on various robotics and digital tools.
- Research and adapt new technologies to enhance automation capabilities.
- Analyze operational data to discover new automation opportunities.
- Develop strategic roadmaps to deliver significant technological advancements.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting control systems.
- Identify and evaluate cost-effective technology opportunities for development.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, R&D, and IT to align on project initiatives.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical/control system design.
- Minimum 5 years in Consumer Products
- Tactical and strategic project leadership experience
