Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is looking to optimize business processes and eliminate repetitive and manual work for clients by building and maintaining custom robotic processes.
Requirements
- RPA experience preferred (UI Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or other RPA platform), or other client facing application development experience.
- Familiarity with databases technologies like SQL, Cosmos, Mongo, etc.
- Experience with one or more of the following programming languages: C-Sharp, VB.NET, C++, JavaScript
Responsibilities
- Build RPA processes using RPA tools as well as custom-built solutions on an as-needed basis.
- Manage and Maintain processes : Ensure smooth processing of RPA processes, including validating data and troubleshooting problems and unexpected results.
- Make updates to existing processes as needed based on changing applications and client needs.
- Discover, document, design, and deliver optimizations to existing business practices
- Use RPA tooling to automated business processes
- Develop automations with a focus on usability, dependability, maintainability, and performance
- Participate in peer design reviews, code reviews, performance testing, and functional testing with a focus on product quality
Other
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle and/or payer organizations will be helpful.
- Experience working in a in Scrum or other Agile development environment is preferred.
- Can-do attitude with a demonstrated ability to get things done under minimal supervision.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process- and improvement-minded.
