Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Informatics with GPA 3.0 or higher
- Prior working and/or internship experience in public accounting and management consulting preferred
- Prior working and/or internship experience in the healthcare sector preferred
- Exceptional structured problem-solving and strategic analytical and agility skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Passionate about financial modeling, investment valuation, and trade-off analysis
- Passionate about driving adoption of new technologies, including AI, machine learning, and RPA
Responsibilities
- Assume a leadership role (e.g. Product Owner) in at least one of the assignments
- Participate in four rotations between 3 and 8 months in different DIA Finance chapters
- Introduce participants to different areas within DIA Finance, including but not limited to: Enterprise Center of Excellence, Commercial Finance, R&D Innovation Chapter and relevant Finance/Business projects
- Develop financial models, investment valuations, and trade-off analyses
- Drive adoption of new technologies, including AI, machine learning, and RPA to provide financial transparency, drive productivity, and derive insights
- Simplify complex information into clear, synthesized insights as basis for decision making at all levels of the organization
- Collaborate in local and global networks
