KeyBank is looking to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop solutions using platforms such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Low Code, Process Mining, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
Requirements
- Experience with process simulations/automation, solution development and/or business analysis (preferred)
- Experience with Low Code Development (preferred)
- Working knowledge of process engineering software systems (preferred)
- Leverage platforms to rapidly develop and deploy business solutions.
- Ensuring solutions adhere to IT policies, change management, and security standards.
- Ability to use tools to analyze workflows and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Design and implement automation solutions using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions that align with business needs.
- Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet SLAs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate solutions with existing systems.
- Communicate with diverse audiences and support automation portfolios.
- Ensure compliance with standards, security, and change management.
- Partner onsite with teammates to develop, configure, test, and implement processes to meet the defined and anticipated requirements with high-quality builds on time and on budget.
- Design and implement automation solutions using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.

- Collaborates with line of business partners to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop solutions
- Recommends, with support of manager, solutions and direction in developing, configuring, testing, and implementing processes to meet the defined and anticipated requirements with high-quality builds on time and on budget.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual cross-functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements and manage change effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to successfully facilitate meetings – including information sharing and call to action outcomes.
