Group 1 Automotive is looking to solve business process automation problems using RPA solutions
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot components)
- Preference for experience with UiPath Document Understanding
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate is a plus
- Enthusiasm for AI, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies
- Broader software development experience (e.g., .NET, C, VB or Python) is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and web services integration
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements.
- Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions for performance and scalability.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure successful deployments.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process maps, and operational support materials.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend automation strategies.
- Provide production support, including monitoring and resolving incidents related to RPA workflows.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 2–5 years of professional experience in RPA development
- Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
