Developing and implementing RPA solutions for the company to drive the successful adoption of automation.
Requirements
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of RPA tools and technologies, including major authoring platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere.
- Advanced UiPath developer certification (UiARD) is required.
- 4-6 years of experience with software development and/or RPA technologies is required.
- Other IT/programming certifications, such as CompTIA Network+ or Security+, or in languages like C-Sharp or VB, are strongly desired.
- Experience in .NET, HTML, JavaScript, C-Sharp, VB, and advanced automation tools (OCR, IDP, AI/ML) is desired.
Responsibilities
- Lead the automation journey from discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Work with IT infrastructure to coordinate the provisioning and support of related tools and technologies, such as the development and maintenance of VMs, bot credentials, asset storage, etc.
- Participate with other senior team members to develop and maintain the UiPath cloud infrastructure, bot provisioning, and orchestration.
- Develop and maintain best practices for RPA design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify areas where RPA can be implemented to drive the successful adoption of automation.
- Support and mentor less-experienced developers, including conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.

- Responsible for owning deliverables across the automation journey to ensure automation use cases and scenarios are correctly constructed and documented.
